Read the Bible in 2 Years: Ezra 1-2
Ezra 1:1-1 ESV — “In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom and also put it in writing…”
Like Proverbs 21:1 (ESV) says, “The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will.”
I’m praying that the Lord will turn our hearts as He wills, too, that He will provide support, strength, encouragement, and aid through the words, prayers, and physical offerings of His people.
Please give as the Lord leads.
